SALASUSU Cambodia, is offering pencil and key holders, pouches and sandals made from rush, a plant grown by villagers along Mekong River. The reed is combined with cotton, hand-woven into mats, dyed with natural pigments and then sewn into decorative items for home and the workplace.
‘SALA’ means: school, and ’SUSU’: cheer up. This describes what we do: our factory is also a school, where women and men can learn life skills in a work situation, according to our “Enjoy your Life Journey” philosophy. We create a clean and healthy work place and offer meaningful work and income to our in-house staff and the rush farmers.
SALASUSU can service retail and wholesale and customize with suitable quantities and direct delivery.
